Overtime operates an online store offering men's sexual wellness products in India. References to “Overtime”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms & Conditions refer to the business operating the Overtime brand and website.

This website and Overtime products are intended for adults who are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally eligible to purchase the relevant product and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You must not use the website or purchase products on behalf of another person in circumstances where doing so would violate applicable law or the intended use of the product.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing and other information on the website. However, packaging, colours, presentation, design details or other non-material characteristics may occasionally differ from website images due to manufacturing updates, photography, screen settings or product improvements. Customers should review the product packaging and accompanying instructions before use.

All products are subject to availability. Displaying a product on the website does not guarantee that the product will remain available until an order is successfully accepted and processed. We may limit quantities, temporarily suspend sales, discontinue products or decline fulfilment where inventory, operational, legal or other legitimate considerations require it.

Product prices displayed on the website are shown in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable delivery charges, taxes or other charges will be displayed where relevant before the customer completes the order. We may change prices from time to time. A price change will not ordinarily affect an order that has already been successfully accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Submitting an order through the website constitutes a request to purchase the selected product. An order is subject to successful payment or applicable Cash on Delivery requirements, inventory availability, delivery serviceability and any necessary verification. We may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, delivery restrictions, technical errors or legal requirements. If we cancel a prepaid order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable amount paid for that cancelled order will be handled in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order. This includes the customer's name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, PIN code and payment information where applicable. Please verify all order information before completing checkout. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order has been placed, as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Once a customer successfully places an order, the order generally cannot be cancelled at the customer's request. Customers should therefore carefully review the product, quantity, price and delivery details before completing checkout. We do not ordinarily provide refunds solely because a customer changes their mind after placing an order. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Orders may be paid using the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways and financial service providers. We may not receive or store complete payment-card or banking credentials where those credentials are processed directly by the relevant payment provider. An order may not be fulfilled if payment is declined, reversed, incomplete or otherwise unsuccessful.

Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible locations and orders. Where Cash on Delivery is available, a ₹100 delivery charge must be paid online in advance. The remaining order value is payable when the parcel is delivered. The ₹100 advance delivery charge is non-refundable if the customer refuses or fails to accept the shipment, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Orders are delivered according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by location, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather, transportation disruption and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being reasonably available to receive their shipment.

Returns, refunds, damaged-order claims, incorrect-product claims and other post-delivery issues are handled according to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Because Overtime is a personal-use wellness product, opened, used, tampered or unsealed products may be subject to restrictions for hygiene, safety and product-integrity reasons. Damage or incorrect-product claims may require supporting evidence, including a clear and continuous unboxing video, as explained in the applicable policy.

Where a refund is approved, we generally aim to initiate the approved refund within 7 days. Actual crediting time may depend on the customer's bank, payment gateway, card issuer or other payment provider. Applicable shipping charges may be deducted from an approved refund where permitted and appropriate to the circumstances.

Customers are responsible for using Overtime products according to the instructions, warnings and information supplied with the product. Do not use a product in a manner inconsistent with the accompanying instructions or advice provided by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Product suitability may vary between individuals.

Where you separately give us permission to use customer content for marketing, advertising or website purposes, the scope of that use will be governed by the permission provided.

If Overtime does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, that does not necessarily mean that we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India. Where a dispute arises, we encourage customers to contact Overtime Support first so that we can attempt to resolve the concern directly. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents a consumer from exercising rights or using remedies available under applicable consumer-protection law.
