It usually starts working within around 10 to 15 minutes, but the exact timing can vary from person to person. Things such as food, alcohol, your general health and other medicines can affect how quickly it works. Overtime does not create an automatic erection, sexual stimulation is still needed.

The effects of Overtime can generally remain active for around 4-6 hours, although this can vary between people.

Do not take more than the recommended dose unless your doctor specifically tells you to. Taking more Overtime can cause side effects.

Most orders are delivered within approximately 2–3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, courier availability, weekends and public holidays.

Yes. Your order is sent in plain, discreet outer packaging so the product name and nature of the order are not visible from the outside.

We currently deliver within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Occasional courier delays can happen. If your tracking has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact support@overtimeindia.com with your order details and our team will help you.

If your package arrives damaged, do not use the affected product. Take clear photos of the parcel and product and contact support@overtimeindia.com as soon as possible.

Because Overtime is a health-related product, opened or used products generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will review the situation according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you receive an incorrect item, contact support@overtimeindia.com with your order number and photos of what you received. Our team will review it and help arrange the appropriate solution.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, we will guide you through the replacement or refund process where applicable.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to cancel it. Once an order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Once a refund has been approved and processed, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
